Chief Business Dev. Officer

Andrew joined the Northwest Arkansas National Airport in April 2019 as Chief Business Development Officer after working for the State of Arkansas in a variety of executive roles. In his current position, he focuses on Government Relations, Air Service Development, Marketing, Community Relations, and serves as Legal Counsel for the airport. Andrew lives in Rogers with his wife, Yang and their 1-year old daughter Lucy.

Kelly Johnson
COO of XNA

Kelly Johnson has been the Airport Director for the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport Authority since 1996.  Kelly was appointed to the position of COO in 2018.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the International Association of Airport Executives and on the Policy Review Committee for the American Association of Airport Executives. She has been married for 45 years to her husband, Rick and they have two children and three grandchildren.

Alex English
Public Relations & Marketing Specialist

After completing her undergraduate and law degree at the University of Arkansas, Alex started at XNA in August of 2019. Her position includes public and media relations as the Public Information Officer at XNA, using her degree for research/writing on certain contracting and other needs of the airport, as well as marketing for the airport.
