Executive Vice President & Principal, Sage Partners

Tom Allen is Executive Vice President, Principal and Executive Broker of Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners and sits on the company’s Executive Committee.

He began his career as a Real Estate Manager for Walmart, where he gained experience with site selection for big box retailers, disposition of outlots, leasing and subleasing commercial properties in 24 states in the central and eastern regions of the U.S.

Tom has over 22 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry.   He leads a team of professionals that manages the real estate firm’s Hunt Ventures account, involving asset management of its properties, development of new buildings, sales, and leasing of commercial office and retail space. Notable properties in Pinnacle Hills include the 10-story Hunt Tower office building completed in January of 2016, Topgolf, and the recently completed Northgate Plaza.   
He received his B.S.B.A. Marketing from the University of Arkansas.  He served 19 years on the Benton County Quorum Court, Chairman of Finance Committee.

Tom is a native of Russellville, Arkansas and currently resides in Cave Springs with his lovely wife, Chris. They have two grown children, Matthew and Rachel, who are both following in dad’s footsteps in the real estate industry.
