Thomas Cole

After graduating from the University of Arkansas with a degree in marketing, Thomas went to the Kanakuk Institute to study the Bible for a year. There, he met his wife, Abbie. Following his time at the Institute, he worked in ministry for three years in Kansas City. During that time, Thomas designed and developed Walker Brother’s Curly Tail brand. In 2014, he decided to return to Fayetteville and work alongside his dad at Walker Brothers. Since then, Thomas has led the company to acquire two additional stores and currently serves as the CEO. Thomas and Abbie have three children: Walker (8), Jackson (6), and Ryleigh (3).

John Cole

John has been married to Karen since 1975. They have three sons and daughters in law and 11 grandchildren, ages 3 to almost 13. He is a member of Christ Church NWA, a prior University of Arkansas instructor, and current business partner in Walker Brothers (NWA) and Baumans (Little Rock). John’s role with the business is now as what he calls a “Sage.” If they have a question, he tries to answer and help where he can without being in the way. He will even vacuum and clean up on occasion! He loves to play bad golf, fly fish, attend grandkids sports, dance, and gymnastics events. He also loves to travel and read.
