Speaker, Author, & Founder of Multiply Group

Mac Lake is a transformative leader dedicated to developing leaders and helping organizations build intentional leadership development strategies. 1997, he founded Carolina Forest Community Church in Myrtle Beach, SC. By 2004, he transitioned to Seacoast Church in Charleston, SC, a multi-campus church, as the Leadership Development Pastor, enhancing the church's leadership capabilities.

In July 2010, Mac co-founded the LAUNCH Network with West Ridge Church in Atlanta, GA. LAUNCH's success led to its adoption by the North American Mission Board in 2015, where Mac integrated and implemented the LAUNCH system in thirty-two strategic cities across North America.

In 2019, Mac founded the Multiply Group, a consulting company dedicated to empowering leaders and organizations to multiply healthy leaders. In addition to his consulting work, Mac is an author, having written seven books, including "The Multiplication Effect" and "The Discipling Leaders Series." These books serve as valuable resources, guiding leaders and teams in building and implementing intentional leadership development strategies.
