Andrea Allen is the Co-Founder of Onyx Coffee Lab, the 2020 US Barista Champion, and the 2021 World Barista Champion Runner Up. She is passionate about bringing people together through coffee, uniting every person along the supply chain, bridging gaps between generations, and creating space where great conversations can happen. Andrea also enjoys running, riding horses, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Jon Allen is the co-founder, co-owner and green coffee buyer for Northwest Arkansas's Onyx Coffee Lab. Since starting out as a barista, Allen has spent the past 20 years immersed in every aspect of the coffee industry, from sourcing to packaging design.
